Lauren is a Tampa native who has been familiar with many aspects of real estate and homebuilding since an early age, gaining exposure to the industries through her family’s custom home building company. She flourished in her former career of marketing & client relations for international brands and for a regional homebuilder. Through Steven’s successful background in professional staffing and recruiting, he was responsible for working with Fortune 500 executives to provide them paramount services, educate his clients on market trends, understand their needs and requirements, review/negotiate contracts, build marketing strategies, and lead their relocation initiatives for company employees. These combined backgrounds and dynamic skill sets, paired with their belief that no matter the reason for purchasing or selling real estate, the experience should always be world-class, have been a key driver for The Warneke Group’s business services. Steven & Lauren met in Steven’s hometown of Atlanta, GA, and it didn’t take long for Steven to fall in love with both Lauren and her hometown of South Tampa, so they married and moved back to Tampa where they immediately became embedded in the community. Lauren & Steven are members of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and are actively involved in several charitable organizations and community development groups across Tampa Bay.
